Utensils, Cutlery, Fridge, Sink and Tea-towels
Tea & coffee and sugar are free. Please bring your own milk

Conservatory

Located on ground floor
This leads off the kitchen and gives access to the disabled toilets.
It is used on Contact Centre days as a wet and/or dry play area.

Located on the first floor are two toilets and a shower.
There is a stair lift to access the the first floor.
Outside the cottage are a patio and a lawned area.
